Greetings to teachers or educational staff both civil servant status, non-civil servants or Permanent Teachers Foundation (GTY). Ministry of Education and Culture has issued Circular Number: 8963 / BBII / PR / 2019 dated 24 September 2019 concerning 2019 Academic Ability Selection PPG Program in Position (Daljab). Where the PPG Dalab Academic Ability Selection Program in 2019 can be followed by Permanent Teachers (PNS / NonPNS / GTY) in the Ministry of Education and Culture with the following criteria:
- Never attended Academic Ability Selection;
- Has participated in Academic Ability Selection, but has not reached the minimum value set by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education;
- Has attended Academic Ability Selection, but has undergone a change in PPG Field of Study choices.

In the framework of implementing Certification for Teachers in Position through Professional Teacher Education (PPG) in Position (Daljab), the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Education and Culture will conduct Academic Ability Selection in 2019 PPG Daljab Program. The implementation of PPG in Position is guided by Government Regulation Number 19 of 2017 concerning Amendment to Government Regulation Number 74 of 2008 concerning Teachers and Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 37 of 2017 concerning Certification for Teachers in Position Appointed until the End of 2015.
In connection with this matter, with respect the information related to Preparation for the Implementation of Academic Ability in 2019 for the Dalgab PPG Program is conveyed as follows:
1. Prospective participants of Academic Ability Selection in 2019 are Permanent Teachers who are appointed until December 31, 2015;
3. Verification and Validation will be carried out to see:
a. Linearity between the S-1 / D-IV academic qualification study program and the PPG field of study determined by prospective participants. Reference data verification using linearity tables as attached;
b. Decree of the past two years as Permanent Teachers, namely teachers with civil servant and non-civil servant status as well as Foundation Permanent Teachers (GTY) who are appointed by staff development officials or appointed by foundations based on work agreements in education units organized by regional governments or the community;
4. Prospective participants who have passed the verification and validation will take part in the Academic Ability Selection at the specified Competency Test Place (TUK);
5. Requirements, procedures for registration, registration schedule, schedule for academic ability selection in 2019, and a list of linearities in PPG subject areas with S-1 / D-IV diplomas are listed in appendix I and II.
