Fund Distribution

1. Calculation of BOP PAUD PAF distribution from the Regional General Cash Account (RKUD) to the PAUD implementation education unit that receives BOP PAUD DONUT based on real data on the number of children served according to data available in PAUD Dapodik and the Regional Office of Education on March 31, 2019 for phase I (First) and 30 September 2019 for phase II (Second);

• Phase I (First) 50% of the budget allocation; and


• Phase II (Second) 50% of the budget allocation.
  

2. If the availability of BOP PAUD non-physical DAK is smaller than the real data, the Provincial Government of the Special Capital City of Jakarta and the regency / city government may submit an additional allocation of BOP PAUD PAUD Phase I and / or Phase II to the Ministry of Education and Culture through the Directorate General Early Childhood Education and Community Education throughout and reserve (buffer) still available ;

3. Funds buffer submitted by the Provincial Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta and the Regency / City Government no later than November 15 to the Ministry of Education and Culture through Directorate General of Early Childhood Education and Community Education (Ditjen PAUD and Dikmas);


4. The Directorate General of PAUD and Dikmas through the Directorate of PAUD Development submit recommendations for the usual addition of DAK BOP PAUD Kab / Kota to the Ministry of Finance through the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance for the utilization of reserve funds (buffer) which is available ;

Funds Distribution Requirements

1. Requirements for Stage I Distribution (First)

• Report on absorption of BOP PAUD PAF in the previous year;

• Declaration of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM).

2. Stage II Distribution Requirements (Second)

• Report on the absorption of non-physical DAK BOP PAUD Phase I;


• A letter of request for the disbursement of Phase I BOP funds containing the need for phase 2 funds; and


• Declaration of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM).
