As we know, Blogger is always the last (or at least too late) to make improvements or improvements to services and features. Understandably, Blogger is not open source and only rely on those who officially work for Blogger or Google to develop. I once discussed about Modified sitemap and XML sitemap which can only be used for blogs that still use Blogger's native domain (blogspot.com), while for blogs that already use a custom domain, the sitemap in XML format is not yet supported, so it must make modifications in such a way as to create a sitemap to registered at Google Webmaster Tools. XML Sitemap for All Blogs
In 2012, Blogger was released sitemap.xml format which is actually still a trial, and does not fully support custom domains. Well, just now, Blogger released sitemap.xml which supports all blogs, both still using the blogspot subdomain and with their own custom domain. This sitemap is fully automated and placed in the root domain, just like the previous XML sitemap release.
Slight format differences, if the XML sitemap used to be collected in one page for any number of posts, now if the number of post pages reaches a certain number, then the sitemap will be divided into several pages. This is similar to the Yoast XML Sitemap index sitemap concept in the WordPress SEO plugin. Unfortunately, I did not get clear information about the maximum limit on one page. In addition, if seen at a glance, there is indeed no difference that can be seen. It only contains plain or flat without certain styling, because the update is related to certain things from the backend server side, one of which is support on the custom domain.

In the sitemap, there are several sub-sitemaps, namely the fraction of a collection of sitemaps (indexes) if the number of post pages is already extraordinary, for example:

Now, Blogger blogs with a custom domain can use the xml sitemap on Google Webmaster Tools as a website mapping tool by Google. The method is the same. For those who are new to GWT, just open the site dashboard in Google Webmaster Tools> Select "Site Map" (or "Sitemap" if using the English version) and enter the name of the sitemap file. The wish?
Obviously, efforts for Onpage SEO, especially for those who use custom domains, are now far more complete. But there is still one thing that I think is important, hopefully in a short time Google / Blogger can provide additional features in the form of customization / sitemap settings, for example to divide the sitemap page in smaller number of posts, for example one page per 50 posts, etc. other.
