Each of us humans must have experienced problems. Me, blogger friends, loyal readers of Life Success Blog articles, all of them ... once again, we all have experienced problems. Yes, a problem, something we might really want to avoid. Even if we are given the strength or power to eliminate the problems in our life's journey, surely those problems have long been eliminated.

In my article this time, I will express some of my opinions About problem, which is my own conclusion from some literature that I have read and that I have matched with my personal experience. This means that what I read from the literature actually happened and I have felt.

My conclusion about the problem is as follows:

First.
The problem is present as a 'messenger' who tells us that we have made a mistake or mistake.

Effective people always try to avoid problems, but when the problem really is before them, wise questions they will ask themselves, "Did I make a mistake?","What is wrong with my previous actions?","What should I do to immediately correct my mistake?"
While on the other hand, there are some people who ignore the message.

Second.
Along with the message delivered (point 1 above), the problem also actually comes as a reminder, that if the error is not corrected immediately, surely we will sink further into a bigger problem, which will certainly slow down the rate of our movement in achieve the success of the life of our dreams.

Effective people are already very familiar with this, but not so with some people who ignore the message that has been delivered. They ignored the message, which caused them to sink even further. And when they really are in bigger trouble, they become very worried and often complain "Why is this problem getting bigger?","Why does the problem endlessly approaching me?","How unfortunate my fate is"and many other complaints.

Third.
The problem, if I can say is as Agent of Change.
Agent of Change? yes, problem is Agent of Change, because there is a possibility only with a problem someone can change.

Regarding this, I take a simple example in work and career.

When do we improve our performance in the office?
Most likely when we get SP (Warning Letter) from the company that with our current performance, we will soon be laid off.

Indeed, we often become wiser when the problem comes and causes things to get worse, this is because, we get very valuable lessons from these worsening conditions. When a problem is present, it will feel very painful, but precisely from that problem, we often get many valuable lessons.

Fourth.
When we are on our way to achieving our success targets, the size of the problems that come will differ depending on the size of our success targets.
